Join Our Dynamic Team as a Surgical Tech - CVOR!

Job Description:

- Location: 2710 S Rife Medical Ln, Rogers, AR, 72758
- Position Type: Travel
- Role: Surgical Tech
- Specialty: CVOR
- Number of Openings: 2
- Shift: Variable (5x8)
- Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36
- Call Requirements: As needed by facility

Key Qualifications:

- Required Certifications:
- Graduate of Surgical Technology Program, LPN program, or comparable job education
- BLS Certification

- Years of Experience: 2+ years

- Must Have Skills/Experience:
- Participate in care of perioperative patients through maintenance of sterile field
- Obtain needed supplies and equipment while upholding patient safety standards
- Assist the registered nurse during the intraoperative period
- Aid surgeons during operative and invasive procedures
- Ensure operating suite is adequately prepared for procedures
- Monitor PAR level of all surgical instruments and supplies
- Clean and sterilize surgical instruments
- Participate in departmental staff meetings and performance improvement activities

- Preferred Skillset/Experience:
- CST Certification
- Multilingual capabilities
- Experience in ophthalmology or eye procedures

- Personality Fit:
- Team-oriented and collaborative
- Detail-oriented and safety-conscious
