Join a precast concrete products team where your workday is hands-on, outdoors, and fast-paced. This is an evaluation-to-hire role with potential for full-time placement.

Note: THIS IS A PHYSICALLY DEMANDING JOB.

A Day in the Life

You lace up your 6” high steel toe boots (ASTM F2413-05 compliant) and head to the yard. With a tape measure in hand—and 100% accuracy—you review drawings, help set forms, and prep for the day's pours. Once concrete flows, you support finishing, strip products from forms, insert any required components, and add identifying stencils. Before products head to storage or shipment, you clean them thoroughly. Between pours, you’ll cut wire and rebar, tie wire for reinforcement, pressure wash forms, and keep the workspace orderly and safe.

What You’ll Tackle

• Support the pouring and finishing of concrete castings following established procedures
• Assist in setting up forms and preparing products per drawings
• Cut wire and rebar; tie wire to assemble reinforcement
• Strip products from forms and insert additional components as needed
• Stencil designs/markings after stripping
• Clean products prior to transfer to yard for storage or shipment
• Pressure wash forms to maintain quality and integrity
• Keep work areas clean, safe, and organized

What You Bring

• Ability to read a tape measure with 100% accuracy
• Basic math and reading skills to interpret drawings and measurements
• Capacity to consistently work 40–55 hours per week
• Comfort working outdoors in all weather conditions
• Strength and stamina to lift/move heavy objects; stand, bend, and kneel for extended periods
• 6” high steel toe boots that meet the ASTM F2413-05 foot protection standard (with clear, legible identification codes)

Schedule & Environment

Work is performed outdoors in all conditions. Expect steady overtime potential with 40–55 hours per week.
