What You Will DoTranslate engineering design requirements, repairs, and upgrades into formal manufacturing process documentation.Creation of Basis of Estimates (BOE) to estimate costs to add additional capacity, new capabilities and equipment obsolescence. Leads projects to reduce processing time and/or improve quality yield through actions driven by the analysis of metrics trends, failure modes analysis, and test/inspection yields.  Initiate, monitor and manage Engineering Change Requests to drive required changes for improved processes, safety and products.Assist in non-routine fault isolation, diagnosis and repair of product or test equipment.  Performs risk assessments and supports the programs risk register reviews. Leads projects and is responsible for execution. Create and maintain of SAP work centers, routings and BOMs.Create and maintain of build instructions, tooling, guidesQualifications You Must Have Typically requires: A Bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an advanced degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
