Assembly Job OpportunityJoin the Hamilton-Ryker Team!Job Title: AssemblyLocation: Berea KYShifts:1st: Monday – Thursday, 5:00 am – 3:30 pm (10-hour shifts) Overtime Mandatory: Friday and/or Saturday 5:00am – 1:00pm2nd: Monday – Thursday, 3:30 pm – 2:00 am (10-hour shifts) Overtime Mandatory: Friday and/or Saturday 1:00pm – 9:00pm MUST BE ABLE TO WORK EITHER SHIFTPayrate: $17.25 w/.40 shift differentialWhat you will be doing:Assembly of lift trucks and components within a certain cycle time.Test, inspect, make adjustments and reject parts/materials.Proper care and usage of assembly tools, equipment, facility, and maintain general housekeeping.Safe behavior and safe operation of equipment.Accept responsibility for quality of work performed.Proper documentation using the BAM system.Maintain adherence to quality standards.Perform preventative maintenance on equipmentMust be able to manage time in such a way as to maintain an acceptable level of attendance.Exhibit willingness to participate in training deemed necessary by management to assist in the development of basic and technical skillsWhat we need from you:Must be at least 18 years of age or overMust comply with client's substance abuse and background check policyA minimum of six months manufacturing experienceA high school diploma or GEDSafety knowledge in a manufacturing environment and proper use of PPEAbility to read and make decisions from SOE's, OMS, shop orders, operation sheets, prints, diagrams, and written and verbal instructionFamiliar with DFT techniquesMUST BE ABLE TO WORK EITHER SHIFTWhy you will love it:Temp to Hire position based upon work ethics and attendanceWeekly payDirect DepositMedical insurance options401(k) options
