Responsibilities

• Expand Mentor product sales to new and existing accounts while converting competitive products
• Demonstrate proper surgical product use and address physician questions and objections
• Develop account strategies, build customer relationships, and achieve assigned sales quotas
• Manage territory across multiple settings including private practice, surgery centers, and hospitals
• Execute marketing programs and complete required administrative tasks and audits

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 4-6 years of total work experience
• Demonstrated surgical product sales or medical device experience
• Strong consultative selling and account management skills
• Knowledge of breast anatomy and surgical reconstruction/augmentation
• Territory management and budget responsibility experience
