Share Good Foods, a thriving bakery located in Englewood, CO, is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Baker to join our team. If you have at least one year of experience in baking and enjoy working in a collaborative environment, we’d love to hear from you!

As a Production Baker, you’ll work closely with our Production Manager to prepare and bake the daily orders that delight our customers. From crafting glazes to baking scones and muffins, your role will be essential in ensuring our bakery operates smoothly and efficiently. This position is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys hands-on work, and takes pride in creating high-quality baked goods.

• Prepare and label all glazes, maintaining proper storage and inventory to prevent shortages.
• Finish baked products, including glazing brownies, frosting cookies, and cutting/package breads and Krispy bars.
• Make scones as directed, maintain freezer organization, and update inventory.

• Bake muffins and scones daily according to orders, ensuring proper rotation of batters (FIFO).
• Bake breads and gluten-free cookies as directed, applying glazes to breads immediately after baking.
• Package baked goods with care and attention to detail.

• Wash and properly store all pans, bowls, and utensils after use.
• Maintain cleanliness of workstations, shelves, and floors at the end of each shift.
• Ensure the bakery is clean, organized, and ready for the next shift.

• Receive and organize supplies and inventory.
• Slice, package, and wrap finished products as needed.
• Meet time goals for tasks and communicate effectively with the Production Manager.
• Foster a positive and cooperative working relationship with team members.

• Experience: At least 2 year of experience in a bakery or similar role.
• Skills: Strong attention to detail, ability to follow recipes and instructions, and excellent time management.
• Teamwork: A collaborative attitude and a willingness to support your team.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods and perform tasks that require manual dexterity.
