Solution / Business Requirement Lead Support Manager Required Experience

5+ years in administrative, business operations, or project leadership roles involving complex technology programs.
Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into technical and operational solutions.

Respond to State inquiries concerning testing activities related to delivery of the contractor's solution.
Support:
- Test automation
- Test planning
- Testing deliverables
- Triage activities
Verify system changes across functionality and integration points.
Provide guidance regarding appropriate test methods, techniques, and tools throughout the development lifecycle.
Oversee test-script automation.
Coordinate testing activities across multiple groups, including:
- End-user testing
- Performance testing
- Smoke testing
