Commercial Electricians – Commercial Construction

Location: New Orleans Metro Area / Northshore / River Parishes
Office Based In: Kenner, LA
Job Type: Full-Time

Pay

Commercial Electrician: $18–$25 per hour (based on experience)
Electrical Foreman: $25–$32 per hour (based on experience)

About the Opportunity

We are hiring experienced Commercial Electricians and Electrical Foremen to join our team. All work is commercial construction , including new construction, renovations, and tenant improvements. We are looking for reliable professionals with strong skills, solid work history and the ability to work safely and efficiently. Experience in operating an excavator a plus.

Commercial Electrician Responsibilities

Install, troubleshoot, and maintain commercial electrical systems
Perform circuitry work including panels, feeders, and branch circuits
Bend and install EMT and rigid conduit accurately and efficiently
Read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications
Operate machines such as scissor lift, excavator and ditch witch.
Maintain clean, safe, and organized jobsites

Electrical Foreman Responsibilities

Lead and supervise commercial electrical crews
Plan daily work activities and coordinate manpower and materials
Work hands-on alongside the crew
Ensure projects stay on schedule and meet code requirements
Operate machines such as scissor lift, excavator and ditch witch.
Communicate with superintendents and project management

Requirements (Both Positions)

Proven commercial electrical experience required
Strong circuitry and pipe bending skills required
Solid work history with dependable references
Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle
Ability to work safely, independently, and as part of a team

Additional Foreman Requirements

Prior foreman or lead electrician experience required.
Strong leadership and crew management skills

Schedule

40-hour work weeks
Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
