Marketing Coordinator

The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for supporting the firm's growth through marketing campaigns, client events, lead generation activities, and advisor support. This role helps strengthen the Mid-American Wealth brand, drive client engagement, and ensure marketing initiatives are executed effectively and efficiently. Responsibilities Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns and initiatives. Assist with client events, workshops, seminars, and webinars. Create and distribute marketing communications, newsletters, and promotional materials. Manage marketing leads and assist with follow-up activities. Schedule appointments and meetings for advisors as needed. Maintain and update CRM and marketing databases. Track campaign performance and marketing results. Conduct market research and identify opportunities to improve marketing efforts. Collaborate with advisors and team members to support business development goals. Ensure all marketing activities comply with industry and company requirements. Qualifications Marketing, communications, business, or related experience preferred. Strong organizational and project management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Experience with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and marketing platforms preferred. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Creative mindset with strong attention to detail. Success in This Role Marketing campaigns are executed accurately and on time. Client events are organized and successful. Marketing leads are tracked and managed effectively. CRM and marketing data remain accurate and up to date.
