Foundation Repair Foreman

We’re looking to expand our foundation repair team and are hiring for a Foundation Repair Foreman. What You’ll Do Supervise and manage a crew on residential foundation repair jobs Read and interpret job scopes, drawings, and installation plans Operate equipment (excavators, lifts, power tools) safely and efficiently Install foundation systems such as helical piers, push piers, wall supports, and drainage solutions Ensure job quality, cleanliness, and homeowner satisfaction Maintain accurate records and report project progress to management Train and mentor new crew members Represent the company professionally with customers and inspectors What We Provide Competitive pay based on experience Performance bonuses and overtime pay Company truck and equipment Paid training and advancement opportunities Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid holidays and PTO Supportive, team-first environment What We’re Looking For 2+ years of experience in foundation repair, construction, concrete, or a related field Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to lift 75+ lbs and work in crawlspaces, trenches, and all weather conditions Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (CDL a plus) Willingness to travel regionally and work overtime as needed OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification is a plus Typical Schedule Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM (some Saturdays and travel may be required) If you’re a skilled crew leader who wants steady work, competitive pay, and a company that has your back —apply now.
