As a member of the Respiratory Team, develop and ensure the patient plan of care in collaboration with physicians, registered nurses, and other therapists. Requirements Proven experience as a Respiratory Therapist. Maintain current CPR or BCLS certification. Preferred certifications: BCLS, ACLS, PALS, NALS, or NRP. Excellent communication skills with staff, physicians, patients, and families. At least 2 years of relevant work experience. Responsibilities Evaluate patients and recommend a treatment plan. Provide respiratory care to patients with critical and complex medical and surgical conditions. Perform insertion and removal of endotracheal tubes. Perform timely and accurate documentation.
