We are an industrial distributor, specializing in precision measuring instrument sales, service and calibration, currently seeking an Expeditor/ Purchasing and Sales Support Assistant to join our team!

Responsibilities:

Support purchase order processing and acknowledgment workflows
Receive and review order acknowledgments for accuracy
Ensure products and orders are tracked, updated, and delivered on time
Track orders from placement to fulfillment
Document and update customer and vendor records based on interactions
Communicate with vendors and customers regarding order status
Communicate with management regarding delays or discrepancies
Assist with generating service quotes and order acknowledgments
Support management and sales staff with various clerical duties related to purchasing and customer service

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of Administrative, Customer Service, Customer Support, Sales Support, Logistics, Purchasing, Account Management or similar related experienc
Proficient with Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Excel, and Word
Ability to work in a fast-paced atmosphere with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
Self-motivated with a strong desire for task completion and follow-up
Multi-task oriented with strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize
Ability to meet deadlines
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
