Goodwill of Western New York is seeking a Career Coach/Work Readiness Trainer to support participants in the Goodskills Career Builder program. This role combines classroom instruction, individual career coaching, and long-term employment support. You will interview, assess, enroll participants, facilitate workshops, and provide feedback on performance and progress.
