We’re growing fast and we’re looking for a Construction Recruiter who thrives in a high-energy, high-impact environment. If you know what it takes to find hard-working talent and can keep pace with job site demands, we want to talk.
What You’ll Do- Source, screen, and engage construction talent (skilled and unskilled trades)
- Maintain a strong pipeline of vetted workers ready to be deployed
- Partner with our operations team to fill roles quickly and accurately
- Conduct interviews and perform reference/background checks as needed
- Track candidate progress using our applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Ensure a top-tier candidate experience from initial contact to job start
- Stay up to date on market trends and local labor needs in the Tempe/Phoenix area
- 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in construction, skilled trades, or staffing
- A strong understanding of the construction labor market and trade roles
- Excellent communication skills — both with workers and hiring managers
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment
- Highly organized with solid time management skills
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required
