You will collaborate with marketing and web teams to deliver impactful website updates, campaigns, and optimization initiatives. The position provides hands-on exposure to CMS management, analytics, conversion optimization, and digital performance improvement. You will contribute to measurable outcomes by analyzing data, implementing experiments, and identifying opportunities for growth. Accountabilities:

• Creating, editing, and maintaining website pages through CMS platforms while following UX and SEO best practices.
• Collaborating with web, marketing, and content teams to deliver high-quality digital experiences and support lead generation initiatives.
• Analyzing website performance, SEO metrics, and user behavior data to identify optimization opportunities.
• Implementing SEO initiatives, including technical, on-page, and off-page optimization activities.
• Preparing SEO briefs and collaborating with content teams to improve organic visibility and content performance.
• Supporting campaign landing page creation for marketing and paid media initiatives.
• Implementing A/B tests, pop-ups, and conversion rate optimization initiatives based on agreed strategies.
• Monitoring key performance indicators including website updates, conversion rates, organic traffic, keyword rankings, impressions, clicks, and click-through rates.
• Using digital analytics and optimization tools to provide actionable insights and performance reports.

Requirements:

• Experience managing websites using various CMS platforms; experience with Umbraco is a plus.
• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, web management, or a related field.
• Good understanding of user experience principles, website optimization, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
• Experience with SEO fundamentals, including technical SEO, on-page optimization, and off-page practices.
• Familiarity with digital tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Optimize or similar platforms, SEMrush or similar tools, heatmapping tools such as Hotjar, and reporting platforms like Looker Studio.
• Strong data literacy and numeracy skills, with the ability to analyze performance metrics and communicate insights clearly.
• Ability to create structured reports and translate website data into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate across marketing and digital teams.
• Self-motivated approach with a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
