Lead Preschool Teacher

Job Description

Morning Star Child Care is a NAEYC Accredited center that is seeking a dedicated Lead Preschool Teacher to run our 4 year old classroom. The Lead Preschool Teacher will engage closely with children, parents, and team members to foster an enriching and supportive educational environment.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily classroom activities and ensure a safe learning environment
Develop and implement lesson plans tailored to preschool-aged children
Assess child development and progress regularly and conduct parent teacher conferences
Communicate effectively with parents regarding student growth and needs
Collaborate with teaching staff and administration to support program goals

Preferred Qualifications

5+ years of experience in early childhood education
Associate degree in Early Childhood Education
Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood or Elementary Education
