RN Weekend Supervisor

Fuquay-Varina Health & Rehabilitation Center in Fuquay-Varina, NC is seeking a dedicated and experienced REGISTERED NURSE Weekend Supervisor to join our compassionate care team!


As the RN Weekend Supervisor , you'll play a vital role in helping us deliver Care Beyond Compare through exceptional leadership and hands-on support of our nursing team. You'll ensure that high standards of resident care are consistently met, guide and mentor staff, and help maintain a positive and collaborative work environment focused on excellence and compassion.

What You'll Do

• Provide leadership and supervision to nursing staff to ensure high-quality resident care
• Oversee and coordinate care plans, collaborating with the interdisciplinary team
• Conduct assessments and ensure timely updates to residents' care plans
• Support, mentor, and serve as a resource for the nursing staff
• Assist with orientation and training of new employees
• Manage and respond to any issues or emergencies that arise during the weekend shifts
• Perform additional duties as needed to ensure quality care and smooth operations

What You Need

• Active RN license in the state of North Carolina
• Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently while maintaining a team-centered approach
