Sr. Manager, Application Support & Ops Services

Senior manager position leading application support and operations services for Pfizer's manufacturing systems globally. Responsible for production support management, technical issue resolution, service delivery coordination, and driving continuous improvement across a distributed team.

Responsibilities

• Manage production support service and coordinate technical resolution of critical manufacturing system issues
• Serve as liaison between support teams, business, and digital stakeholders for incident and problem management
• Oversee support transition activities from project deployment to long-term managed services
• Lead process improvements, automation initiatives, and adoption of best practices across global locations
• Manage incident tickets, routine maintenance work, and performance reporting against service level agreements

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, mathematics, or engineering field
• Minimum 6 years of relevant professional experience
• Familiarity with GxP regulated environments
• Knowledge of manufacturing execution systems and related applications
• Strong incident, problem, change, and configuration management expertise
• Experience managing production support with service level agreements
• Root cause and trend analysis capabilities

Compensation: $124,400–$207,400 base salary, plus 17.5% bonus target and long-term incentive eligibility
