Good understanding of Oracle R12.2.x features and application development standards Complex data mapping and conversion/ integrations with different technologies such as SOA, ODI etc. Experience in Gap analysis, package evaluation, implementation and testing, user training Experience in working in large and complex programsExperience working with multiple teams across geographical locations.Should have strong analytical skills, should be team-oriented with excellent multi-tasking and coordination skills.Minimum 2 end to end implementation experience Should be effective at problem solving and decision-making.Ability to provide consulting in client engagements so as to influence business and ITAbility to earn trust and build credibility with clients across functional areas • Experience and understanding of in Production support and performance engineering.Knowledge and exposure to Industrial Manufacturing industry preferredQualificationsBasic• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
