Key Responsibilities: Customer Engagement: Greet customers, understand their needs, and provide assistance in selecting products. Sales: Drive sales through excellent product knowledge and customer engagement. Store Maintenance: Keep the sales floor organized, stocked, and tidy. Ensure products are displayed attractively. Cash Handling: Operate the cash register, handle transactions accurately, and ensure a balanced cash drawer. Product Knowledge: Stay informed about new products and promotions, and communicate this information to customers effectively. Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store goals and provide a high standard of customer service.
