Technical Recruiter - Hyperscale Data Center Staffing

We are looking for experienced Technical Recruiters to support large-scale hyperscale data center projects across the USA. If you have experience hiring for telecom, fiber optics, structured cabling, network infrastructure, or data center environments, we want to connect with you. Key Responsibilities Source and recruit technical talent for data center deployments Manage full-cycle recruitment and high-volume hiring Build strong pipelines of technicians, engineers, and field resources Work closely with hiring managers to support rapid staffing needs Hiring Experience Preferred For Fiber Technicians / Splicers / Cable Pullers Structured Cabling & Data Center Technicians Field Engineers, Supervisors, and Coordinators Requirements 3+ years technical recruiting experience Experience in telecom, fiber, network infrastructure, or data center staffing Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn, Indeed and other job portals Ability to support fast-paced, high-volume hiring environments Preferred Existing network of telecom/data center professionals Experience supporting US staffing environments #J-18808-Ljbffr Verveba Telecom
