Case Pick Specialist - Warehouse 3pm Start

Now Hiring: Case Pick Specialist 2nd Shift

Compensation to Start: $22.00/hour + $1 Shift Differential 2nd Shift: Monday – Friday / 3pm - 11:30pm These positions may require 6-day work weeks and shifts exceeding 10+ hours per day based on volume.

Responsibilities of the Case Pick Specialist:

• Read and accurately fill customer orders, shipping orders, or requisitions to determine items to be moved, gathered, distributed, and/or shipped. Minimize downtime and errors.
• Assemble customer orders on pallets and relocate them to holding or outbound staging areas. May weight and count items for distribution within warehouse to ensure company standards.
• Move materials and items from receiving or storage areas to shipping or to other designated areas. Sort and place product in bulk lines, on racks, shelves, or in bins according to predetermined sequence such as size, type, style, color, or product code.
• Safely operate an electric pallet jack and/or stock picker
• Ensure the warehouse is accessible and safe for company and customer traffic. May be assigned facilities maintenance duties as needed (ex: sweep, dust, and mop). Including racking, re-configuration, and product consolidation.

Minimum Requirements:

• While we will consider candidates with no experience, preference will be given to candidates with 6 months of case picking experience or more.
• Must be able to work required overtime regularly, including 10+ hour shifts, extra days, weekends, and holidays.
• Good attendance and punctuality: must show up on time, work scheduled shifts, work mandatory overtime, etc.
• Able to do the following with or without reasonable accommodation: stand, walk, lift, twist, turn, lift/push/pull over 10 pounds regularly, and 50 pounds occasionally.
• Able to speak and read work orders and understand/clarify verbal instructions.
• Must be willing to do anything and everything needed to succeed, from picking orders to sweeping the floors.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-moving warehouse environment.
