Service Advisor/Lube Technician

As a Service Advisor/Lube Technician, you will own our customers' experience in the service lane. When working as a Service Advisor, you are the first point of contact with the customers, from greeting vehicle owners on the drive line to explaining the oil change process. Our Service Advisor/Lube Techs are true professionals who enjoy helping others. We welcome individuals who are new to the automotive industry but have previous roles in customer service, retail sales, the restaurant industry, or hospitality.

Responsibilities include overseeing the flow of Drive Lane to ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service, and making recommendations based on mileage and manufacturer's guidelines.

Requirements include an organized and friendly personality, demonstrated ability to manage others, time management skills, fantastic communication skills with your customers, professional, well-groomed personal appearance, a clean driving record, and willingness to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
