Cell LeaderWork Model: This is a fully onsite role, with work performed at your designated Regal Rexnord office.We are seeking a Cell Leader to support daily manufacturing operations by coordinating work within a production cell, ensuring adherence to standard processes, and driving team performance. In this role, you will play a key role in maintaining safety, quality, and productivity while ensuring effective communication and execution of daily production priorities.Key Responsibilities:Lead daily operations within the production cell, ensuring work is prioritized and completed efficientlyTrain and support associates on processes, procedures, and manufacturing tasks across multiple rolesMaintain working knowledge of all cell functions to provide coverage as neededTroubleshoot equipment and production issues and coordinate resolutionEnsure daily management systems (boards, meetings, metrics) are updated and executedMonitor and drive completion of standard work activities (5S, Kanban audits, routine tasks)Communicate staffing needs, including labor shortages or excess capacity based on production demandPromote adherence to standard processes and identify opportunities to eliminate wasteEnsure compliance with safety procedures and workplace standardsProvide support and coverage for the Production Supervisor as needed and communicate issues proactivelyRequired Skills and Qualifications:High school diploma or GEDStrong understanding of manufacturing processes and production workflowsAbility to read and interpret technical documentation (drawings, diagrams, specifications)Strong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and within a team environmentBasic math skills and ability to analyze production dataExperience using systems such as Oracle or similar toolsPreferred Skills and Qualifications:Prior experience in a lead or supervisory role in a manufacturing environmentExperience training and mentoring team membersExperience with continuous improvement practices (e.g. 5S, Lean, Kanban)Familiarity with daily management systems and production metrics trackingExperience troubleshooting production equipment or processesPhysical Demands:While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. The employee frequently needs to stand, walk, and sit. Occasionally, the employee must climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus.Work Environment:The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.Work Type: Onsite - This role follows an Onsite Work Schedule and requires working from your designated Regal Rexnord office on a full-time basis.Expected Base Salary Range: $33,280-$51,723The salary range provided is intended to display the value of the company's base pay compensation for this position. Salary is dependent on a multitude of factors, including but not limited to the physical worksite location, the geographic market of that location, candidate's skill set, level of experience, education and internal peer compensation comparisons among other potential factors.This role may be filled at different levels depending on the candidate's experience, skills, and business needs.Restrictions imposed by federal export control laws may limit this job opportunity to candidates who are a 'U.S. Person', which includes U.S. citizens, U.S. nationals, U.S. permanent residents, individuals granted asylum in the United States, and refugees in the United States, or who otherwise can qualify for a license that permits them to hold the position.Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States without requiring company sponsorship to obtain or keep U.S. work authorization.Per the Internal Career Movement Guidelines, you must be in your current position for a minimum of 12 months.
