Tenant Services Representative At Houston Methodist, the Tenant Services Representative position is responsible for assisting the department in the day‑to‑day leasing and building operational activities for multiple medical office buildings and off‑site Physician Organization PCG and SPG clinics. FLSA Status Non‑exempt Qualifications Education : High School diploma or equivalent education (examples include: GED, verification of homeschool equivalency, partial or full completion of post‑secondary education, etc.) Experience : Three years experience, preferably in commercial property management in Medical Office Building Management or Property Management. Skills and Abilities : Demonstrates the skills and competencies necessary to safely perform the assigned job, determined through on‑going skills, competency assessments, and performance evaluations. Proficient in speaking, reading, and writing English. Customer‑service oriented communication with patients, physicians, family members, and co‑workers. Builds and sustains interpersonal relationships. Works well with peers in a team situation. Very strong organization skills and attention to detail. Professional handling of confidential/sensitive information. Proficient in computer skills for documentation. Essential Functions People Essential Functions: Operate telephone console to receive incoming calls and route them to the appropriate person. Serve as tenant liaison for complaints, housekeeping, security, and general building issues. Maintain constant communication with tenants regarding updates. Develop ongoing relationships with internal stakeholders and tenants. Contribute to improvement of department scores for employee engagement. Service Essential Functions: Process, monitor, assign and maintain the MOB online work order system for the assigned buildings. Submit bids for tenant work orders requiring a contractor and serve as liaison between contractor and tenant. Schedule dock activities for moves in/out of buildings and obtain certificates of insurance. Track dumpster pick up and deliveries and monitor trash and parking issues. Quality/Safety Essential Functions: Accurately sign out mechanical and telephone room keys for security. Report all fire alarms to building engineers. Receive calls regarding loading dock matters, security alarms, and elevator entrapments and follow proper protocol. Identify and escalates issues and opportunities for improvement. Finance Essential Functions: Scan credit card forms and email to accounting department. Ensure A/C overtime requests are sent to accounting, building engineers, and property manager. Use resources efficiently and manage time effectively. Growth/Innovation Essential Functions: Offer innovative solutions through participation in performance improvement projects. Complete and update My Development plan on an ongoing basis.
