Schedule & Pay:
- $14/hr
- 9-6 Tues-Friday and 9-5 Sat
- Handle both inbound and outbound phone conversations with customers to make sure everyone quickly gets the help they need
- Providing information about products and services
- Taking orders
- Responding to customer complaints
- Processing returns
- Performing countless other activities.
- Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts
through open and interactive communication - Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right
methods/tools - Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling
quotas - Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and
alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution - Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts
and file documents - Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Take the extra mile to engage customers
- EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS - both over the phone (telephone etiquette), and in-person. Strong email writing skills
- Enjoy being the "Ambassador of First Impressions"!
- "Unflappable" - able to remain calm and helpful, even if dealing with an upset customer or multiple incoming calls
- Professional in appearance and attitude - whether at a professional reception desk, or in a more casual setting
- Experience with MS Office suite (Word, Outlook, etc.); basic typing/data entry skills.
- Data entry skills a plus
- Dependable & punctual
- Background check required; drug free workplace
