This is not a “just fill in” role. We’re looking for a doctor who can take the lead on cases, connect with clients, and confidently perform surgery. We would like someone who enjoys being hands-on and making a real impact from day one.

What You’ll Do

· Deliver high-quality care across a wide range of small animal cases

· Perform routine soft tissue surgeries independently and efficiently (surgery skills required)

· Build trust with clients through clear, compassionate communication

· Step in seamlessly and keep the day running smoothly

What We’re Looking For

· DVM or equivalent with an active (or eligible) Mississippi license

· Strong GP experience and clinical confidence

· Proven surgical proficiency—this is a must

· Adaptability, reliability, and a team-first attitude

· Someone who enjoys jumping in and making an impact
