About the Position

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Operating Room Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 hours (10:30 AM - 7:00 PM) Experience: Minimum of 5 years in the Operating Room License: Active RN License Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS Must-Have: Previous charge experience preferred Experience with charting systems, specifically Epic Required experience with trauma level II procedures Description: Seeking experienced OR-ready nurses for mid-shift positions. Shifts are Monday through Friday from 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM. Position includes weekday, weekend, and holiday on-call duties. Candidates may be required to assume charge nurse responsibilities. Nurses will be involved in various surgical procedures and patient care. Knowledge and experience with a wide range of surgical techniques are essential. Expected skills include but are not limited to administration of blood products, various surgical fusions, laparoscopic and robotic surgeries, and trauma care. Candidates should be familiar with infection control protocols and have strong communication skills. Compliance with vaccination requirements, including COVID-19 and flu vaccines, is necessary.
