This position involves providing patient-focused, evidence-based care in a dynamic emergency room environment. Key Responsibilities Conduct triage and perform rapid assessments for a variety of adult and pediatric patients. Administer medications and provide IV therapy as needed. Monitor patients closely and maintain accurate electronic medical records (EMR). Collaborate effectively with an interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Requirements and Qualifications Current Registered Nurse license. Experience in an emergency department or similar fast-paced healthcare setting is preferred.
