Growing caseloads are available in select DFW communities, with children and families ready to begin services in several areas. We will work with you to identify opportunities that align with your location, availability, experience, credentials, and preferred employment status. Our experienced therapists and tenured leaders are available to assist with clinical questions, documentation, family communication, navigating the home health setting, and professional growth. Whether you are beginning your Clinical Fellowship, transitioning into pediatric home health, developing your clinical skills, or bringing years of experience to the role, you will have access to support that meets you where you are. Make an Impact Where It Matters Most Our speech therapy team helps children strengthen their communication, confidence, independence, feeding skills, and ability to connect with the people around them. By providing therapy in the home, you can incorporate treatment into a child’s everyday routines while partnering directly with parents and caregivers to support meaningful, lasting progress. What You’ll Do Responsibilities will vary based on your role and scope of practice and may include: Provide individualized pediatric speech and language therapy in the home setting Evaluate children and develop individualized care plans, as permitted by role and scope of practice Implement treatment plans based on each child’s needs, goals, and family priorities Address speech, language, communication, social interaction, feeding, and functional skills Monitor progress and adjust or communicate recommended changes to care plans, as permitted by scope of practice Educate and empower parents and caregivers to maximize carryover between visits Collaborate with caregivers, physicians, and other members of the interdisciplinary care team Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation Build meaningful relationships with children and families throughout their care journey Qualifications Speech-Language Pathologist or Clinical Fellow Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Current Texas Speech-Language Pathologist license or appropriate Texas intern license Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred Clinical Fellows may be considered based on supervision and mentorship availability Pediatric or home health experience is preferred but not required Feeding experience or an interest in developing feeding skills is a plus but not required Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant Meets Texas education and clinical requirements for practice as an SLPA Current Texas Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant license Ability to provide treatment under the supervision and direction of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist New graduates may be considered based on mentorship and support availability Pediatric or home health experience is preferred but not required All Candidates Current CPR certification or willingness to obtain it Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Ability to travel within an assigned service area Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills Dependable, compassionate, and family-centered approach to care Benefits and Perks Eligible Employees May Receive $3,000 sign-on bonus for eligible full-time hires Bonus opportunities Flexible scheduling Vacation time, paid holidays, and sick time Medical, dental, and vision insurance for eligible employees working 32 or more hours per week 401(k) with company match Professional development resources Employee discount program with savings on wellness, fitness, travel, entertainment, and more Employee referral incentives of up to $5,000 for referring other full-time therapists Benefit eligibility and availability may vary based on employment status and position.
