Your Impact As a Field Service Technician II, you will: Diagnose mechanical, software, network, and system failures using established procedures. Service and repair equipment according to Canon standards and specifications. Maintain knowledge of multiple product groups to aid in troubleshooting and diagnostics. Exceed customer expectations through efficient, responsive on‑site maintenance. Keep technical information and documentation, such as Field Service Reports and Expense Reports, organized and up to date. Provide guidance to less experienced technicians and maintain all Canon property assigned to you. Address escalated technical and customer service‑related issues as needed. About You: The Skills & Expertise You Bring We are looking for candidates who can: Diagnose mechanical, software, network, and system failures effectively. Service and repair designated equipment according to industry standards. Demonstrate a solid understanding of various product groups and troubleshooting techniques. Provide prompt, accurate service to meet customer demands. Maintain thorough and accurate technical reports and documentation. Support less experienced technicians by sharing knowledge and best practices. Resolve technical or customer service issues that arise in your assigned territory. The anticipated base salary range for this role is $21.50 - $30.75 per hour, along with eligibility for a transportation allowance.
