The Day Spa Lead is responsible for driving the success of our Recovery Center by ensuring a premium member experience and delivering high-quality service. You will lead the department through science-backed recovery modalities, professional session delivery, and a focus on growing the recovery community within the gym. Key Responsibilities Service & Session Delivery Expert Recovery: Conduct safe and effective recovery sessions using our state-of-the-art modalities. Science-Based Results: Focus on changing lives through Service, Science, and Sales, ensuring accurate administration of client programs and modality usage. T.R.A.I.N. Department Standards: Maintain the organization, cleanliness, and professional presentation of the Recovery Center. Sales & Member Engagement Drive Revenue: Sell Recovery Center subscriptions and provide introductory sessions to members and guests. Brand Ambassador: Act as a leader on the floor, promoting the UFC GYM “Train Different” philosophy. Community Involvement: Assist members and encourage regular involvement in the Recovery Center to enhance their overall fitness results. Professionalism: Respond to all requests and inquiries from guests and staff with the highest level of professionalism. Administration & Training Program Management: Oversee the administration of client programs, including dotFIT and supplement integration. Onboarding: Participate in our paid onboarding program to master the fundamentals of sales and business growth. Qualifications Experience: Proven background in customer service and sales; experience in a spa or wellness environment is preferred. Skills: Strong communication skills and the ability to set up and execute successful weekend events. Education: High School Diploma or GED required. Certifications: Current CPR/AED certification. Current dotFIT certification (or in progress). A nationally recognized Personal Training certification is a plus. Availability: Must be able to work weekends and maintain a flexible schedule.
