Qps Employment Group is hiring a Forklift Operator for a company in Lake Bluff, IL. This is a potential to hire opportunity on 1st shift.

Forklift Operator Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To:

Proficiently drive a Raymond reach truck and a Raymond counterbalance (dock stocker)
Complete full location warehouse cycle counts
Trailer loading and unloading
Use manual pick ticket or RF device to pick orders for retail customers
Physically move goods from warehouse location to pallet or cart
Stretch wrap pallets by hand and apply corresponding labels to pallets
Move pallets to staging lane using pallet jack
Perform all jobs in the distribution center as necessary under supervision of the Distribution Manager and Inbound and/or Outbound Processing Lead
Use equipment in handling, storing, maintaining, and shipping stock such as pallet jacks, dollies, and hand trucks
Fill orders, packs, and ships material

Forklift Operator Requirements:

- Stand at a table without support for 3 to 4-hour increments; 8 hours in a workday

- Ability to push/pull/lift 20 pounds

- Regularly stand, walk, sit, use hands to finger, handle or touch

- Attention to detail
