Responsibilities: Associates to perform all safety checks at the start of their shift on all cranes and tools and document this as necessary. Continue to perform safety checks throughout the shift.

Be able to operate a forklift, hoist and crane to load or move materials from pallets, boxes or shelves. Be able to load and unload finished goods and in-process material from and to trucks or trailers with forklift or overhead cranes. Involves occasional lifting of up to 35 lbs and frequent work outdoors in all types of weather. Follow detailed instructions whether written oral given by any member of supervision or management. Must be able to read blue prints and drawing of pressure vessels, bills of materials, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manual. Operation of cranes, hoists, and forklifts as needed. Also successfully complete any training, safety program relating to the operation of the equipment. Ability to understand and abide by all safety rules and regulations. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and finishing specifications as they relate to finishing products. Preforms housekeeping and other related duties that are assigned.

Equipment Knowledge: Successfully complete any training and safety program relating to the operation of the equipment. Must be a SPVG licensed forklift operator. Must be able to perform general maintenance to the forklifts.

Ability to understand and abide by all safety rules and regulations to perform the job. Must have a basic understanding of computers. Must have reading, writing and simple math skills. Must have either a High School diploma, GED, or at least 1 year working experience in an industrial based environment.
