Maintenance Supervisor

Overview Maintenance Supervisor 2nd Shift - 2:30pm-10:30pm, M-F In charge of about 7-10 employees This role is responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of all machinery and equipment, minimizing downtime, and leading the team to achieve maintenance goals. Responsibilities Supervise and lead a maintenance team of 7-10 employees on the 2nd shift. Ensure efficient operation of all machinery and equipment and minimize downtime. Plan, schedule, and execute preventive maintenance and repairs to meet production goals. Monitor maintenance performance and implement process improvements. Required Skills Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities. Proficiency in mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems. Knowledge of preventive maintenance practices. Strong organizational and time management skills. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in a related field preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role. Experience in an automotive manufacturing environment is highly desirable. Proficiency with maintenance management software and tools. Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices.
