ACH Specialist

Full Time, Permanent Opportunity for ACH Specialist (Must be local to Plano, TX) Catalyst is seeking an ACH Specialist who will provide excellent customer service for our ACH and card services products to member credit unions. The role requires managing multiple tasks simultaneously while ensuring all department service standards and procedures are met. Role Overview The ACH Specialist will perform operational duties that include timely processing of ACH files, transmitting ACH origination files, entering ACH returns through TranZact, and answering member credit union inquiries regarding ACH rules and software functionality.
