Capital Area Head Start Substitutes Position Capital Area Head Start is seeking Substitutes to join our mission in providing a comprehensive child development program designed to give children a head start in life, empowering parents and strengthening families. Substitutes support classroom staff in the delivery of quality educational programming, ensuring the safety of children ages 3-5, and assisting with the implementation of daily lesson plans and activities.
