HVAC Technician

Our client, a leader in facilities management and maintenance services, is seeking a dedicated HVAC Technicia n to join their team. As an HVAC Technician , you will be an essential part of the Facilities Support Department, supporting multiple locations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Mobile HVAC Technician
Location: Harrisburg, PA
Pay: $30-$36/hr.

What's the Job?

• Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair facility equipment across multiple sites to ensure optimal performance.
• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical, and other mechanical systems.
• Travel between facilities to support ongoing maintenance needs and ensure systems are functioning correctly.
• Monitor and record equipment readings, making adjustments as necessary to maintain efficiency.
• Oversee inventory, purchase supplies, and manage contracted maintenance activities to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 5–7 years of relevant experience maintaining and repairing commercial building systems.
• Proven ability to analyze and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• EPA Universal Certification.
• Valid driver’s license and working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
