Sales Engineer – Marlborough, MA – $70,000–$90,000 Base + Commission (OTE $150,000+) About the Opportunity: A well-established building automation and energy management provider is seeking a motivated Sales Engineer to support growing demand throughout the Boston metro region . This hybrid position blends office-based work with on-site customer visits and requires both technical aptitude and strong sales instincts. The role focuses on identifying, developing, and closing energy retrofit and automation projects within commercial, institutional, and healthcare facilities while partnering closely with mechanical contractors and facility teams.
