Job Description

Envoy Air is looking for a Supervisor to coordinate the day-to-day station operations by leading and organizing the activities of Agents/Clerks to ensure a safe working environment and on-time dependability. Responsibilities include ensuring adequate operational coverage, conducting agent observations, scheduling and administering local training, investigating and resolving operational issues, and maintaining records.

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must be self-motivated and safety conscious, comfortable organizing work groups, and able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Position requirements include a minimum age of 18, a high school diploma or GED equivalent, a valid driver's license or passport, the ability to lift bags weighing up to 75 lbs, and the ability to work rotating shifts. Position preferences include one year of customer service experience and previous airline experience.
