Previous experience in a janitorial or porter role is preferred. Ability to perform physically demanding tasks. Effective communication skills. Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays. Basic knowledge of cleaning equipment operation. Physical Requirements/Working Environment Ability to stand, walk, and engage in physical labor for extended periods. Frequently lift objects up to 100 lbs. Work in various weather conditions and environments. Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities/Supplemental Information Understanding of effective cleaning techniques. Familiarity with the use and maintenance of cleaning equipment. Ability to follow oral and written instructions.
