Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Position Overview: We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a growing team. This opportunity offers flexibility to work in both in-clinic and home-based hybrid settings.
The ideal candidate is passionate about providing client-centered care and enjoys working in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide supervision, training, and support to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
- Deliver Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services in clinic and/or via telehealth
- Collaborate with licensed counselors and other healthcare professionals
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with clinical standards
Qualifications:
- Active BCBA certification in good standing
- Master's or Doctoral Degree in Behavior Analysis, Education, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution
- BACB Certification required
- LBA License required
- Experience with assent-based and trauma-informed care is preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Commitment to ethical and high-quality behavioral care
