OMHC Mental Health Therapist (Bilingual Spanish-Speaking)

Synergy Family Services, Inc (SFS) is a dynamic Outpatient Mental Health Center focused on providing strengths based, culturally proficient services to enhance the social, emotional, behavioral health and wellness of individuals and families. Our goal is to help individuals and families identify and reach goals such as specific symptom relief, self‑awareness, self‑efficacy, recovery and the enhancement of well-being. Location: In‑Person, In‑office Job Type: Salary or Contractor position available Job Summary We are seeking a licensed mental health therapist to join our team. The successful candidate will provide individual and family therapy to clients using Telehealth, in office, or community settings. The therapist will monitor, evaluate, and record client progress with respect to treatment goals, complete referrals for services as needed, and maintain documentation in the practice management system. The therapist will also adhere to the practice standards and ethical guidelines of respective licensing Boards, Maryland COMAR Regulations, and CARF. We are offering a sign‑on bonus based on years of experience. Qualifications Must be licensed in the state of Maryland as an LMSW, LCSW‑C, LGPC, or LCPC Spanish fluency – must be fluent in Spanish speaking Degree in behavioral or social science or related disciplines appropriate to the position Knowledge of current therapeutic practices and evidence‑based treatments Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to work effectively with diverse populations Proficient in the use of technology and electronic health records Must be able to work independently and as part of a team Duties and Responsibilities Provide individual and family therapy to clients in office or community settings Monitor, evaluate, and record client progress with respect to treatment goals Complete referrals for services as needed Implement and record data in the practice management system Complete required trainings Maintain required human resources documentation Adhere to the practice standards and ethical guidelines of respective licensing Boards, Maryland COMAR Regulations, and CARF Benefits For Full‑Time: This position offers a comprehensive benefits package tailored to support your overall well‑being.
