Location: Salt Lake City, UT Pay Range: $20.33 Shift: A2 (12 hr) rotating shift, 6:30PM-6:30AM We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Inspector I to join our team in the Quality Assurance department. You will support inspection and testing processes, ensuring precision, reliability, and a proactive attitude in alignment with the organization. Responsibilities Perform accurate mechanical, physical, and visual inspections of raw materials, components, and sub-assemblies according to inspection plans and specifications. Utilize microscopes, calipers, and micrometers to conduct detailed inspections. Complete 10-15 different inspection tasks to ensure product compliance. Support quality documentation processes, including archiving and scanning documents in Agile. Initiate Non-Conformance reports and support CAPA activities as needed. Qualifications High School diploma or GED equivalent; AA or Technical Degree preferred. Basic computer skills for documentation and communication. Effective written and oral communication skills. Knowledge of medical device regulations and FDA standards is a plus. Ability to perform inspection tasks using microscopes, calipers, and micrometers.
