HVAC Service Technician Department: HVAC Employment Type: Full Time Location: Hillsboro, OH Reporting To: Cody Hunt Compensation: $80,000 - $120,000 / year Description Shafer Heating & Cooling, LLC has been serving homeowners since 1985, and as we continue to grow, we’re seeking full-time team members who act with integrity, bring a positive attitude, and deliver customer service that makes a difference. The HVAC Service Technician performs maintenance checks and services on residential HVAC systems, troubleshoots and diagnoses repair options, and runs safety and performance tests including carbon monoxide and natural gas leak checks. Daily work blends the technical side with strong customer service: collecting payments, maintaining truck inventory, and clearly communicating system status to homeowners. Hourly compensation with bonus incentive included.
