Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair HVACsystems

• Install and replace HVAC components andequipment

• Create accurate repairestimates

• Educate customers on system performance and productoptions

• Perform preventative maintenanceservices

• Train and mentor junior team members

• Ensure compliance with local HVAC codes and safetystandards

• Maintain professional communication with customers and teammembers

• Complete all required documentation accurately andpromptly

• Support team as needed with additional tasks orassignments

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years HVAC service experience

• EPA Certification required

• Valid drivers license and clean driving record

• Ability to lift 50100lbsregularly

• Comfortable working in crawl spaces, attics, rooftops, and various outdoor environments

• Strong work ethic, dependability, and attention to detail

• Excellent customer service and communication skills

• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening and backgroundcheck
