$1749 - $3413/wk Provider compensation offers are based on skill level, experience, and qualifications. Compensation may also be impacted by the critical nature of the need and vary by assignment. In addition to taxable hourly wage, providers may qualify to receive non-taxable daily lodging, meals, and incidental per diems not to exceed published General Services Administration (GSA) guidelines. • M-F schedule 2 late days, 2 early days, one mid-shift
• 40 hours/week guaranteed
• Clinic hours 8 am - 8 pm
• 16 - 18 visits per day
• Outpatient adult and geriatric setting full workers comp population
• Post-grad outpatient experience required 2+ years preferred
• Workers compensation experience preferred
