Senior Accounting Analyst (FP&A Blend) Salary: $75,000–$90,000+ DOE + discretionary semi-annual bonus Why This Opportunity Newly created role due to company growth. Hybrid schedule (WFH Fridays) with flexible hours. Key Responsibilities Support FP&A activities including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial modeling. Assist with ERP implementation and future M&A integration efforts. Perform general accounting functions, month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting. Support JSOX compliance, internal controls, and process improvement initiatives. Partner with leadership on strategic financial analysis and special projects. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required. Strong accounting foundation with FP&A experience. Exposure to M&A, financial analysis, ERP implementations, or strategic finance preferred.
