Established (40+ Years) Premier Firm Seeking Litigation Associate Attorney for Product Liability Defense Litigation in Austin, TX!

An established firm with over 40 years in practice is seeking a Litigation Associate Attorney with 3+ years of litigation experience to join their team on a hybrid basis in Austin, TX . This role centers on product liability defense, warranty defense, and complex commercial litigation , contributing to day to day case development and trial preparation on high-exposure matters for nationally recognized corporate clients.

Salary range: $140,000-$185,000+, contingent on experience plus strong perfomance-based bonuses

Qualifications:
Holds a JD from an accredited law school 
Maintains active admission to the Texas Bar 
Brings 3+ years of litigation experience, ideally in product liability, commercial litigation or insurance defense 
Demonstrates a strong understanding of current state and federal procedures 
Communicates clearly and persuasively in both written and oral settings 
Approaches work with sharp attention to detail and a commitment to excellence 
Manages multiple priorities efficiently in a fast paced environment 
Applies strong organizational, time management, and project management skills 
Thrives in a collaborative, team oriented environment

Responsibilities:
Handle day to day case development across active product liability and warranty defense matters 
Take and defend depositions while shaping case strategy 
Engage directly with clients to advance case objectives 
Collaborate with technical experts on complex, technically intricate issues 
Manage critical discovery tasks from intake through resolution 
Draft and argue motions before state and federal courts 
Support partners on strategic litigation planning through trial preparation and execution 
Contribute to trial teams and build hands on courtroom experience
