Construction Project Manager

Leading a team of Project Managers, the full-time Construction Project Manager will provide strategic direction and oversight for a portfolio of construction projects, ensuring successful delivery, client satisfaction, and financial accuracy in a fully remote environment. Key Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Project Managers while establishing performance expectations and accountability standards Serve as the senior point of contact for key clients, managing relationships and addressing escalated concerns to ensure satisfaction Provide oversight of project performance related to scope, budget, schedule, and quality, while driving continuous improvement in project controls and reporting Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Business, or related field 10+ years of construction management or project management experience, with 5+ years in a leadership role Proven success in managing multiple Project Managers and complex project portfolios Strong understanding of project controls, financial forecasting, and risk management PMP, CCM, DBIA, or similar professional certification preferred
